Hunter Valley Wedding Photographer
Hey, I’m Bryce — your photographer, hype guy & honorary wedding guest.
Natural, Candid Wedding Photography Across the Hunter Valley & NSW
If you're planning a wedding in the Hunter Valley, Newcastle, the Central Coast or the Blue Mountains — you're in the right place.
The best wedding photography doesn't come from stiff poses. It comes from connection. The in-between moments. The real stuff. The way the day actually felt.
I'm not the photographer who lurks on the sidelines. I get to know you, your people, your families — so everyone feels like themselves. On the day I'll chat with Nan, keep the vibes calm, share laughs with your mates, and help the whole thing flow naturally instead of feeling staged.
Sounds like your kind of photographer?

MEET BRYCE
Husband | Dad | Hunter Valley Wedding Photographer
I live in the Hunter Valley with my wife Amy and our daughter — these two keep me grounded, grateful and inspired every single day. I started photographing weddings back in 2012 after studying photography and learning from some of Australia's most respected photographers. Those early years shaped how I approach every wedding now — relaxed, observant and focused on real connection over performance.
Whether it's a vineyard in Pokolbin, the coastline at Merewether, a heritage venue in Newcastle or a backyard in Maitland — I'm there to tell your story in a way that feels honest, warm and completely true to you.
I photograph weddings across the Hunter Valley, Newcastle, the Central Coast and the Blue Mountains. If you're planning a wedding in any of these regions, I'd love to hear from you.

My Approach: Relaxed. Candid. Real.
No awkward posing. No forced smiles. No stiff hand-on-hip moments. Just a calm, easy flow where you get to actually be yourselves. You'll get gentle guidance when you need it — and space when you don't. I help you build a wedding day timeline that keeps things stress-free, and then I document everything as it unfolds: The laughter. The quiet pauses. The chaos. The emotion. The you of it all.
Over 12+ years and hundreds of weddings, I've learned how to read a room, move fast when the light is perfect, stay calm when timelines wobble, and make people feel at ease even when they swear they hate having their photo
taken. I'm not the photographer who disappears into the corner and hopes for the best. I'm present, organised and genuinely part of the day — chatting with your family, checking in with your vendors, keeping an eye on the sunset,
and making sure you actually get to enjoy your drinks and canapés instead of being whisked away for hours.
At the end of it all, you'll have a gallery that feels warm, honest and true to who you are. Previews delivered within 48 hours. Full gallery in 4 weeks.

“In the lead-up, Bryce was organised and professional, and shared so many helpful tips and vendor recommendations that even helped us plan other parts of our day.
On the day, he captured every detail and moment beautifully. He was calm, fun and organised — and our photos turned out absolutely stunning. Bryce felt more like a friend than a vendor.”
- Natalie g“Without you I don't think our wedding day would have run as smoothly.
Your attention to detail — right down to when the sunset would happen — was incredible.
We had sneak peeks within 48 hours and our whole gallery of 1000+ photos just 10 days after the wedding.”
— ashlee l“From the very first meeting Bryce was so helpful — hints and tips on all sorts of things we hadn't even thought of.
On the day Bryce matched the vibe completely, relaxed and witty making us all laugh.
The photos were back so quickly — we couldn't be happier.”
