The Anchorage Port Stephens Wedding - Molly & Alex

The 2 Montys Charity Wedding
- Mark Hughes Foundation

This year, I was part of The 2 Montys Charity Wedding event at The Anchorage Port Stephens, a resounding success in raising money for Newcastle's Mark Hughes Foundation. The highest bidders, the Bride-to-be's parents, generously donated $50K towards a wedding package worth above $100,000, all of which went directly to the Foundation. This incredible act of generosity resulted in a substantial donation to such a worthy cause.

Molly and Alex, the engaged and soon-to-be-married couple, were absolutely over the moon! They hadn't initially planned for a wedding of this size, so with such an incredible lineup of vendors ready to piece together the most epic day, we were here and ready to create one insane day for Molly, Alex and their guests to enjoy! Not long after the auction, I caught up with these two lovers to discuss the finer details of the big day, including timings, tips and tricks to make everything flow seamlessly, and their vision for their Anchorage Port Stephens wedding. They are easily one of the most chill couples I've ever had as clients; they allowed many of the vendors to have plenty of creative freedom and just run with it.

The day rolled around. It rained all night leading up to the wedding, but come morning, the sky began to clear, and the conditions could not have been better for a coastal wedding! It was an absolute honour to have been part of Molly & Alex's day and to be the one who documented their day with their friends and family. It was perfect, and I could not be happier for the newlyweds!
